Shipping: The customer is charged all applicable shipping, duties, custom fees, shipping
insurance or other applicable fees required to deliver equipment unless
otherwise negotiated.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization number
(RMA) . A GMI, sales representative will provide the RMA as appropriate.
All returns must be shipped prepaid and fully insured. Returns will be subject
to a restocking A deposit/or preshipment is required on instrument orders.
Warranty: We warranty that every piece of equipment we sell meets factory specifications.
Each piece is inspected, cleaned, calibrated, and tested at the component level.
