The Biomerieux Mini Vidas Automated Immunoassay Analyzer system is a perfect alternative for a physicians office lab setting. This system brings productivity and economy to the immunochemistry laboratory. Features of the Bio-M‚rieux Mini Vidas include; two independent testing areas with 6 positions each, capability of processing 12 tests at once, tests sharing similar protocols can be run in a section at the same time, capability of performing single or batch testing results in 20-60 minutes. The Bio-Merieux Mini Vidas has a compact design, an all-in-one unit. Communication between machine and user is completed via an integrated computer, display screen, keypad and built-in printer. The machine also incorporated user-friendly software and requires very little maintenance and calibration time. Testing is also easy with the use of self contained reagent strips with all the necessary buffers, conjugates, and diluents required to complete the assay, and direct antigen assay result occur in 30-150 minutes
