The Lab Alliance APLC Gradient Automated Protein Purification System with EZChrom SI Software is a protein / enzyme friendly PEEK system.

When you need a reliable protein purification system at pressures from 20 psi (1.3bar) to 5000 psi (344 bar), the APLC binary system is the ideal solution. This allows the protein chemist to run FPLC columns and modern High Performance Protein columns on the same system in analytical to preparative modes.

EZChrom SI allows you to set up and store protein purification methods for use in the future with complete system control. EZChrom SI allows the operator complete flexibility in data expression including links to Microsoft Office and ODBC-compatible programs. During operation, the VersaGrad pump monitors the current system pressure to protect fragile columns.

The detector allows simply programming of the wavelength, sensitivity, and rise time in EZChrom SI.

The Model 1200 is a full-featured UV/Vis programmable detector that utilizes a high performance optical design. In addition, the detector has a wide variety of cells available. Both UV and visible wavelengths are easily programmed.

Fract R1 Fraction Collector

Collect uniform fractions by time, drop count, or peak detection. Just select a collection method from the menu, then enter the time or drop count per tube and number of tubes desired.
